Have you cared for a loved one previously? Do you share our passion for helping others? No experience necessary, although we all have experience in one way or another whether it has been in a professional setting or caring for a relative, neighbour or loved one. Full training is provided.

We do require all applicants to have a Full Driving Licence and a reliable vehicle in order to be considered for this role. 

Working patterns are agreed around your working availability.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a new company and be a part of it's growth and success. We are looking for someone who has experience in this field and understands the demands that come with being a Registered manager. We need someone who is compassionate and caring, who will roll up their sleeves and help their team when required. 

 

As a Registered Manager, you will:


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Branch, including rota planning, staffing, and service delivery.
  • Ensure that all care and support provided is person-centred, safe, and responsive to individual needs.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and passionate staff team, fostering a positive and supportive culture.
  • Promote a transparent and open working environment, where staff feel valued and empowered.
  • Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and external professionals.
  • Ensure all documentation, care plans, audits, and risk assessments are compliant and regularly updated.
  • Manage the  budgets and resources effectively, in partnership with internal teams.
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, conducting audits, driving service development, and preparing for inspections.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

  • Willingness to work towards Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care.
  • Experience as a Registered Manager or in a similar leadership role within Domiciliary Care.
  • A strong understanding of CQC regulations, Safeguarding, MCA, DoLS, and Health & Safety.
  • Experience supporting individuals with Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health needs, Dementia .
  • A proven ability to build and lead teams, manage performance, and support staff development.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • Strong IT and administrative skills, with experience using care management systems.
  • Flexible and proactive approach able to meet the needs of a new and evolving service.
  • Willingness to be part of the Registered Manager on-call rota.

Preferable:

  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or working towards).
  • Experience working in complex care environments.
